Z8 pro vs Z10 Pro (Please help me chose)

If you want to play safe go with Z8 Pro.

Formuler doesn,t seem to intend, to throw in a software-update any time soon for the Z10 Pro Max.

So stick with a Z8 Pro or the GTV.

Z10 Pro Max has a lot of issues and glitches.

Half of the picture-settings, that you can set in a Z8 Pro, have disappeared or not available on Z10 Pro Max.

Not my intention to criticise the effords, that the Devs are putting in, regarding a software update for the Z10 Pro Max.

I’ve just swapped from a m. 254 to z10 and I’m really happy so far. I’ve had a couple of issues but nothing too sad. I’ve not had any other formuler box so I can’t comment.

The myonlinetv 2 is great and I’ve put a hdd to record. Whilst I didn’t have any real problems with my old box I just liked the mol2. It’s like a Sky box. It’s not as polished as the main providers but it’s really good.

I too looked at the earlier Z boxes but too the jump and went Z10pm.

Im not a technical bod so can’t comment on speeds and the likes but I’m happy so far.

Some great stuff here and thanks to all of you I too am on the verge of changing my M322 & 4K Fstick to the Z8 Pro or Z10 pro and reading these posts have really upped my anticipation of seeing the difference between them I just hope I am not disappointed due to high expectations.

Nobody can 100% guarantee you that, as epg data is controlled by provider, you will have to purchase and check for yourself.

Software wise the newer boxes don't offer anything more than the z8 pro does either.

So it's an easy choice after testing both boxes (currently using the z10 pro max but would switch for a z8 pro in a heartbeat).

Go for Z8 Pro.

Z8 pro is my choice .

Z10 pro ( max ) doesn’t support not all the apps in the play store.

Sometimes you must restart the box because channels has no connection?

Question: Does anybody know if the Z8 Pro DC input-jack is a 5.5/2.1mm or a 5.5/2.5mm connector ?

I have heard that Streamers are going to halt support for Z8 and lower boxes - and devices that use macs starting 00:1A:79 in the next 6-8 months?

I would buy the Z10pro anyday again, its great value for money,and gave me up to now little problems!

I havent heard anything about halting support to any boxes Formuler or otherwise, i think its more or less fake news.
