IR Extension Making Z10 Unresponsive

There was some power interruption, otherwise the shutdown process would not be initialized.

Make the box powerless again and check if your ir eye is fully inside, press again.

I've been using this box for a week now with no issues until yesterday. It was in standby mode and powered up on its own for a while and then shut back down. Since then the box will not respond to remote commands unless I unplug the IR Extension. Each time I plug the extension back in it stops responding. Is this a known issue or is there some sort of solution to this?

I tried removing the batteries from the remote but that did not solve the issue.

IR extension is an optional accessory. Stop using the IR extender if you don't need it.

If you need to use it for some reason, make sure it is plugged in all the way. Sometimes it is difficult to plug in the last millimeter of the jack
