Connection failed

I've been using the Z8 for 3 years and never really had any problems with it....

For a few weeks now I could go ballistic on a regular basis.

When I start the box I usually have to disconnect and reconnect ( never was before) really annoying !!!

When I watch TV and want to change the channel, I have to disconnect and reconnect 9/10 times... it's just annoying!

If I watch VOD and pause the film/series (pee break etc) and it takes a little longer until I continue watching, VOD has opened. Disconnect again and reconnect... this has been going on for some time and is just annoying.

I never had such problems before..NEVER !!!! Channel change ..VOD all no problem...

I really don't know what to do ... can you help ?

Formuler Z8 with latest update etc

I have now tested it for 3 days and it has brought nothing... Even setting the box to factory settings etc... does nothing... always the same problem as described in post 1!!!

Soooo... I have found the solution ☝🏼☝🏼

After I wrote to my IPTV provider,he had given me a user and PW for my line..Before I was only logged in via my MAC ID of the formuler !!!!

The solution is very simple. Instead of connecting via MAC ID,just get a user + PW and then go in via an API login....

I have had this since last Saturday and since then no more problems...everything works smoothly.... No problems when starting... when changing channels when watching VOD... everything TOP
