I have installed swedish telia play on my z10 pro max, all the channels showing green screen and I only have sound and the menu working correctly. What can the problem be?

Usually when you get ”colorful” pictures there is a problem with HDMI- cable or connection of the cable.

I have the same problem with Telia Play, all other apps work normally. The sound works but the image is green

Mevi Could you check if the same happens when you open and play a video in Telia play app?

I have tried the play channels and hbo max. Same green screen as when i try ro play a channel.

No issue with HBO Max. Download the APK from here and side-load it. Mevi will get back to you about Telia Play.

Run Telia play on a IPTV box? U have a IPTV box and account so you don't have to use Telia play..

Check first if Telia play is available as "Android TV" app, if yes, is Mevis`s suggestion not bad.

- If you have an Android TV version 5 or later, you can watch Telia Play directly on the TV. The app is available on most TVs and media players with Android TV.
- Z10 pro max is not official Android TV like GTV, instead it's Android Open Source Project (AOSP)

Download an older version of Telia play.
V. 1.3.0 works for me in my Z10 pro.
Apkmirror.com has all versions availabe for download.
