Disappointing to see the bug with timeshift jumping back to the beginning when trying to resume playback still hasn't been fixed (Z8). It's very annoying.

since update gettimg a lot more buffering on live tv, does not seem to affect vod or tv series.

99 times out of 100 that's either your provider or internet connection.

It has been better today, increased buffer size to 6 secs, also spoke to provider they are looking to see if any problems on their side.

check if u see the same problems at wifi 5g / wifi 2.4g and lan cable.

my friend had the same kind of problem, switched from the 5g wifi tot 2.4g and problems are gone

Hello all...
theres a problem since some long ago, with the vod and series.... but mostly with series...
using MAC connection and xc-api...

sometimes moving from History to Favorites or other category and enter one Tv-Series, MOL2 Closes/Crasshes with error saying that MOL2 Stopped working... please fix this, its very anoying.

Take a video if you can and send logs right after it happens again.

It's difficult to look into this issue without evidence.

Is there anything in the settings that could prevent channel titles from showing.

I lost the show titles

I restarted

I reset the programming data

But nothing has changed

Display More

Power-cycle your Formuler by pulling the power cord out of the back of the device and then plugging it back in. Check to see if the issue is resolved

Also cross-check the portal/playlist with a different app to rule-out a problem on the provider's side.

Hi,

Since the update I have an error 7 when connecting to Mytvonline 2.

I tried to reinstall, clear cache, clear data, reboot. Did not help.

Any suggestions ?

Contact your service provider and ask if your home IP is banned/blocked or if your account is locked.

Make sure that your internet connection is working by checking another app like Youtube on your Formuler device.
