If you mean update file, then yes, but not the install of the update.
Each update file becomes checksum with download, update server compare this checksum after download (before install). If the checksum of the file is not 100% identical in last byte , the install will be dismissed with error message.
Check date and time from the box....
had this problem before and realise date and time were not right.
