Hi Sam, well said!! All systems require maintenance and nothing operates without some adjustments or fault, many that are out of your control. You folks do a wonderful job, you answer difficult questions, you manage some challenging situations and above all, you are always there when your readers and customers need you. I fully support your Forum and I filter out the comments that are unreasonable or over critical.
