Z10 Pro Max brand new out of the box during initial set-up. When I launch MTVOL2 App I get "Warning Please Update to the Latest Software" when I go to update it tells me it is on the latest software and I'm now stuck in this loop. I have Uninstalled MTVOL2 App reinstalled it, factory reset the box, Downloaded MTVOL2 App from Market place instead of through update. I have reset the box through the IR port. none of which works. But I have another Z10 Pro Max which appears to be on a different firmware. So I need to get this box to update to the latest firmware although it thinks it is. or Perhaps I can upgrade to the latest firmware by USB using IR port reset method. The problem is I don't seem to obtain a firmware file anywhere. Any help would be greatly apricated

Take a photo of the label and send it through PM.
Go to Software update app and stay about 10 seconds for logs to be recorded, then go to Setting > Devices Preferences > About > Report a problem. Let me know the tracking number through PM as well.

Your images have format HEIC File (.heic), save as jpg file and then it will work.

I would also try following:
1. Hit on your RCU twice the home button and close all apps in background, use red button.
2. Home menu -> Settings -> Apps -> See all apps -> Formuler update -> clear data and clear cache.
3. Go to market and check if there is newer version of the software update app, if yes update. Restart the box once and test again.
If this not work. Try this:
4. Home menu -> Settings -> Apps -> See all apps -> Formuler update -> uninstall updates.
5. Go to market and update to newer version of the software update app.
