MyTVOnline not connecting with mac/id portal (MAC address)

    Hello

    I have been connected to Xtreme Codes Api (XC) for two years now

    on z8pro and everything was working fine with mytvonline 2

    The IPTV host stopped having Xtreme Codes Api (XC)

    and can only with mac/id portal (MAC address)

    The MAC address I gave the host is the one written in the Under the box

    and starts at 00:1A:79: …..

    The IPTV host guy activated mac/id (MAC address) starts at 00:1A:79: from my Formuler Z8 pro.

    When open myonlinetv 2 are not working.

    I end up with the error: your account is blocked.

    Contact your service provider Code 7,

    I just downloaded StbEmu on my z8 pro .

    I set up the mac/id (MAC address) + IPTV link of my provider, and somehow it works on the StbEmu app.

    Can you tell me why play with StbEmu on my z8 pro and dont play with mytvonline 2

    I have done all the updates

    If you first used another app like stbEmu to connect to the portal, you might need to ask the provider to reset your iptv account.

    If reset is not possible, ask your provider to delete your ID and re-add it.

    After that try to connect using MYTVOnline2 again.

    Unsolicited PMs for support will be ignored.

    Duplicate support requests to the forums and helpdesk will be ignored.

    I have two different host and the reason I did this is to see who is at fault the host or mytvonline2

    Unfortunately, mytvonline2 cannot connect to both host

    i can only with StbEmu

    i don't know why i can't login and why it's complicated when i have to login to myonlinetv 2 with mac/id

    while with Xtreme Codes Api (XC) it can

    with the one host i have tried to change the id which myonlinetv 2 has but still the same problem

    Are you sure you gave your provider the correct MAC address,as there are two MAC's mentioned on the bottom of the box?

    Yeah,just looking for the simple and obvious,StbEmu works, so it must be the correct MAC/ID!

    Did you delete the XC connection Portal?

    After Factory Reset and all updates and after I did all the updates

    I only connected to mytvonline 2 to see if it fixed the problem,

    I don't have any other applications and connection to another host

    z8 pro is clean to see where the problem is

    I have tried after the link to put /c but nothing

    Is there anything else i should do?

    The link I am putting is the one the host gave me

    and the id is what the box says below and is the same as what mytvonline 2 says

    and it is the same as what I have in the StbEmu application

    both hosts have the same id and both hosts do not play with mytvonline 2

    but they play with StbEmu

    i don't know what's wrong and i can't watch with mytvonline 2 app

    which is awesome and I love it and it's the reason I got the z8 pro

    Could you please test following:

    Start MOL2 -> Menu -> Connections -> Chose your portal -> Edit -> ID and click on it -> click on Alternate ID and connect-> same error will be shown -> go back to same point and click on default ID and try to connect. Try to connect more than 1-2 times. Just for the info: The url in portal must of course match 100%, letter by letter.

    If the issue still exist, go back again to the ID and change to Alternate (or custom ID), give your provider the new MAC/ID to register. After provider registered the new MAC/ID try again.

    I have exactly the same issue:

    Old box: xsarius pure 4k with stalker portal. works like a charm.

    New box: z10 pro max, updated to latest software.

    Asked the iptv provider to change the id to the formuler id.

    Filled in portal url , ending with /c .

    Got: Error, account blocked or expired.


    Things i tried:

    - Modified portal url with adding / , or removing /c: ❌

    - Tried connecting multiple times: ❌

    - Changed ID into alternate: ❌

    - Tried a vpn to different countries: ❌

    - delete and readded portal: ❌

    - Reinstall mytv online 2: ❌

    - Factory reset the box: ❌

    Any suggestions i can try?

    (Otherwise i think its time to return the box)

    Maybe this is the moment for you to switch to the Z11promax?

    No,sorry ,i never had problems with MAC/ID connection,i just switched to XC connection on advice by SAM,maybe you can do the same? :winking_face:

    He,its a free world,but if i were you i still would reconsider the Z11,with new wifi specs and a great mol3,for a reasonable price. :smiling_face:

    Z11 will fix my problem or it won't play like z8 pro

    and why should I take another? does the z8 pro have a problem with id connection with mol2?

    I have done many tests to play with mol2 app and it doesn't play with id

    play only with Xtreme Codes Api (XC) and m3u

    and finally I see from stbemu with id

    No and the explain is:

    Since Z11 and MOL3 is no more the 00:1A:79 standard MAC, from this point the new boxes use 00:1E:B8. One of reasons is, many other user use MAC generators for his own/other iptv apps, result = collision with same registered MAC/ID on provider side. Change from your side to some 00:1A:79 on the Box will work with assistance from Provider but next user who use same ID will have issues!

    If the provider doesn`t support or did deactivated all other MACs except 00:1A:79…

    Then ask provider to give you XC Api data, if you have already M3u url use this data to create XC Api Portal, much better than stalker.
