Did you try to factory reset the box?
Lan Cable should be disconnected, just for info. Can you try to connect via WPS?
Check if you can connect your box to mobile hotspot (data charge may apply).
Please make sure WPA3 encryption is not turned on on the router. If it is, please change to WPA2 mode.
Also let us know the name of your network provider and router model. Screenshot will be appreciated.
tried to connect as hotspot but no luck.
checked the encryption and everything looks good and have a z10pro that is mine that connects no issues

If it doesn't connect to any network including hotspot from your mobile phone, bring it in for inspection to your dealer
