Hello, I already had the Formuler Z10 Pro Max and now I have the Z11 Pro Max and the problem continues the Formuler's sound system is very weak, could it be that the development team can't do something.

What do you mean with weak? Please explain in detail?
Was the sound volume calibrated with the RCU from Formuler 50% and then with other devices like TV, Soundbar or AVR too?
Friend, when I say weak I am referring to the fact that I have to increase the volume of my Oled Lg TV to hear better, the volume of the Formuler box is always at maximum but it has no power, I have other boxes ex. sat where the volume is strong I don't need to touch the TV remote.
in both z10 and z11 boxes the sound quality is bad .. when sound are low in the signal like when u only hear crowd in sports shows or low volume parts of movies then the sound is going on and of like there is a gate in the box it can pass.i tried same signal in a vu+ enigma box where the same signal sounds clear.
The same with me. I was watching a Show yesterday and had to turn the volume on the Formuler Z11 Max Pro 4K to 90%.
My TV's volume is always 10 during the day, and then between 7 and 5 in the evening.
The volume reproduction of the box is not constant, voices are very quiet, but then very loud with background music...
Why do you have to regulate the volume via the TV and the box at all?
Already had a few streaming boxes and none of them were like that before.... Super cumbersome
Same issue with audio. You are watching a movie and all of a sudden the volume becomes hard to hear so the solution is to turn it up but, out of the blue, the volume gets loud to the point you need to lower it. Not by a small margin but a decent amount both ways. Tried playing with all settings to include the ones in TVmate as well as the formuler box. No solution except to raise/lower volume.
Same setup when I had my formuler z7+ except I never had this audio issue. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Formuler z11 pro max.
Dudes, i know what you are talking but that's not z11 related. I mean, there are thousands of boxes with the same problem, that's a ROM problem and even that it's a big stretch. Because from what i can see in the formuler sound settings they are clean, there is no enhancements happening, so what you are hearing on some channels is what comes directly from your provider(s). Now there are other boxes like nvidia shield and/or fire stick that have an extra enhancement to make audio sound better (live dolby digital encoding), where every audio not being passthrough to AVR can be converted to dolby standards and that's what you guys are probably getting. Even Xiaomi Mibox s have some kind of Dolby Standards in their rom audio settings.
Even tivimate or other iptv players can probably have audio software decoders that can do stuff to the sound to make it sound better, now on formuler you are getting what your provide is giving to you. I know that because one of my providers gives every channel with dolby audio and other providers with AAC or MP2 and if i don't use any optimizers the sound in MP2 and AAC are a complete garbage...
Now there is an app in the market called audio optimizer, try that, i'm not sure it will work on z11 pro but you can try that app or other audio optimizer apps like Viper4androidfx or even Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Plus for android...
So iv used 2 completely different service providers. Using one for tivimate and the other provider for MytvOnline 3. In both instances, the audio “dims” randomly where I need to increase the volume or go up one channel then back down for the volume to correct itself. This is constantly happening and it happens at least 4-5 times in the span of 1 hr no matter what channel/program it’s on. This issue did not happen on my z7+. This issue started immediately after replacing with the z11 pro max. Iv changed every setting on both the TV and the Formuler turning off every available audio feature but the issue is still happening daily. This problem even happens on YouTube. Iv linked an example of the issue. Notice the audio is low initially. After changing channels and returning back to original channel, the audio corrects itself. In “this“ example, I didn’t raise or lower the volume. I simply changed the Channel and changed it back where the audio corrects itself but eventually dims back down. As a side note… I installed the optimizers suggested but it didn’t help
Exactly same on my Z11
Although i'm not noticing it on my z11 because i have different setup, i know what you are talking. That's probably embedded on audio settings by default, sound get's low when changing channels to avoid sound too high on some channels when compared with the channel you are watching and that can probably be more annoying than the behaviour you're describing, specially to someone with headphones because not all channels have the same volume... Anyways it seems that either your TV have some normalizer running for some audio codecs, either some hidden setting on MOL3 or even ona hidden seeting in the formuler ROM is normalizing your sound. There are some audio settings in developer mode in the audio tab that allow you to change to night mode and other setting. Try that to see if it solves or wait for it to be corrected in the next firmware...
My main provider gives me every major channel with dolby audio and as my tv has dolby processing, audio goes directly to the tv decoder, so sound is perfect. But AAC and MP2 audio is garbage even on other boxes. And i know other iptv players that also lower the sound when changing channels to avoid popping or crackling...
Same issues here, using same exact settings on my tv, soundbar, Z11 Pro Max volume, etc. I have loaded Audio Optimizer.
