Of course, because your BT1 send in current mode IR signals, both boxes react. Pair the BT1 in BT Mode with the box you want to control with this RCU.
its described in the short manual. To pair hold Ok+Menü until the LED flashes white. Then pair.

When I switch to TV mode IR and want to go back to BT mode. How do I archive that? I can press menu+ok and bind again but there is another way I'm sure.
I just tested it and after IR STB mode it works in BT mode again. So the question is answered.

you can also use the remote app with the bt1 to program tv codes(can be used as a universal remote)
one limitation is formuler remotes can not transmit two key signal at the same time so
Multi-key shortcuts are not possible example of multi-key is hold down+back to trigger something.
Would be nice if a future update will allow multi-key signal transmission.
