Been an annoying issue for some time. In the channel list it shows No Information. When I press the Guide button the EPG list is correct. Why is it not showing in the Channel List. Works on Z8 and Z10 but not Z11. Pictures attached

Your first picture looks like you are in the Catchup Screen. I am interested in obtaining the Information in the standard Group Channel listing.

I have now also traded in my second z11 pro max, number 3 will arrive tomorrow
1/the first cannot record for more than 18 minutes..then the recording stopped
2/the second was super for 2 weeks
and then I could no longer watch a vod series and no longer watch a program back in time
and this while my Z8 on the same account can do it all
I have already factory reset it 3 times
I suspect the problem started after an update
