I have gotten it on the providers that I have used. Sometimes it takes several seconds to come up. It is probably a question for your provider.
It will help to know if you are using Stalker, m3u, or Xtreme Codes to connect to your provider.

could be provider related, however, mol3 devs are working to improve compatibility with epg and metadata.

I have on the formuler Z11 pro max
also tivimate with the same iptv provider,
and it does have the caption for movies.
I think something needs to be checked or set in mytvonline3. but where should i look.

on a Dutch forum someone also has formuler z 11 pro max with mytvonline 3 and he does have a caption for vod films.
So I'm really thinking about settings somewhere

wait is subtitles you mean or audio descriptions?
for subs:
1. not all movies may have subs.
2. set the subtitle to enable in mol settings and also enable online subtitles(creation of account is required)
3. when the vod is playing you can press select to access some buttons for subtitles and audio.

movie details(metadata) as mentioned this is on server side but the formuler devs are working to improve this.
not all providers at the moment will have movie info shown with mol3.
when you said caption i thought subtitles.
1. in the mean time, you can try another iptv client.
2. try using xtremecode instead of mac option or m3u.

some providers don't have about movie info on all files and formuler devs are working to improve compatibility with some that don't work.

No, it is something with provider protocol. Tested the same provider today like you have and i can confirm the TMDB data are not received. With other provider no issues.
How ever i forwarded this 5 Min. ago to Formuler.

I can confirm in my situation; the TMDB info is not loaded for VOD, however with TiVimate, it is loaded. For TV Series the info is loaded fin both MOL3 and TiVimate.

yes with series he also loads the info with me in mol3,
And not in vod.
in tivimate the info is also loaded in vod.

some providers have an older method of delivering tmdb info and this will be incompatible with mol3. devs are working to improve this in a future update as well as epg.

Then just wait for the update to come soon from mol3 and the problem will be solved.

hopefully when the update is release. Generally average release time for updates is one month.
