SAM I have tested but not working. In mol3 works properly but in the other app to see iptv have sync delay of sound/image

No i don't see the problem on the box because MOL3 works fine and the issue appear only on other app.
You can try to change your dns data to cloudflare and give your box static ip, just to see if the routing and static ip helps in this case and delay goes away.
The problem continues, i dont know more what to do 
some iptv client have audio offset look for the setting in your app and adjust as required.

The name of the IPTV client is Android TV app, i think its a specific app from the provider.
I've searched in the definitions or adjusts but i dont see anything about audio or sound.
This app only uses username and password, dont need to enter the link of portal or m3u.
Its weird because on other boxes or smartphones works properly the same app.

1- dont have any option of decoder on the app
2 .- i have reported, but they say everything is ok with the app, the weird is that the same app works good of z8 and z10 without delay, and in smatrphone works perfectly.

I have the beta version on my box.
2 the app uses vlc, but i cant select on the app to use vlc
try updating vlc from the play store then try to select it from the iptv app as external player.
