Hi, everytime I must restart my Z11Pro Max after a while, because the surround sound comes on automatically and I can’t put it of only as I restart the box?
What can I do to stop it ?

I dont have an z11.
but on a z10 you find in the android settings Sound options.
In that option set it to "don't use surround sound ever" or something like that.
Dont know at moment how its precicely writting.
go settings>device prefs>display and sound>advance sound settings
set the select format to nun
Is it that the box is not connected direct to the display?
My sound was all ready of that means no surround or another setting.
And still it comes on.
Also I did a factory reset doesn’t help ether.
Or maybe we must wait for another update ?
do you have the box connected to a sound bar or receiver??

It’s still the same after a couple of ours playing then I restart the box, then it’s fine again.
is the formuler connected to a receiver/amplifier or sound bar?

Install Audioptimizer from Market and execute once, box will reboot. Test again. Even if already installed and executed , please do it again.

Hi Sam, i did even put the box back to factory setting and installed everything new but unfortunately the same problem after a few hours it comes on automatically?
If I restart the box it’s gone for the rest of the evening.
Yes I checked everything it’s all good.
Could you please make screenshot from Audio settings before this happens and once after this happens and send me the screenshot in conversation? Would like to research this together with you in conversation.
