After unplugging and re plugging back to electricity on Z11 Pro Max, no show discerption is showing, I tried to manually update EPG still shows last update 02-23! it use to show the movies discerption, but not anymore. I have it set to Auto update EPG (every 3 hours, however still doesn't update and it shows last update as Feb 2023.

Try again with Content Manager -> data sync -> refresh, until the box pull all data and click on red text "Refresh Contents" in mol3 menu at end.

I’m finding with XC Epg loads fast, but when I added a MAC account, it says no information when scrolling, then it finally catches up seconds later. Is this normal with MAC accounts? Annoying for sure.

stalker(mac) is sometime slower than xc
xc may have more benefits than mac.

Is there a way to convert MAC over to XC format? My provider isn’t very friendly, and slow at responding. Lol

This morning I got the EPG back, however the EPG description and time is correct however the streaming shows are from western time zone. in other words shows (streaming) are 3 hours behind and the streaming does not match the EPG (so EPG and time is for East time zone and what is actually shown is from western time zone (3 hours behind)
sounds like provider side but
1. try adjusting epg offset to compensate.
2. clear epg data and resync
3. report issue to provider.

1. check your welcome email for alternative portal info(url, user and pass) or m3u info(which you can convert to xtremecode).
2. ask the provider for the xtremecode option if available.

1. for epg offset in mol3 go: menu>content manager>content source>edit current portal
scroll down for the offset
adjust then press update.
2. also ensure your time zone is correct in the android settings>device preferences>date and time.

Even after checking these parameters I have a 2 hour delay with the EPG. I set the time to automatic, timezone + 2 hours for France and the exact time is displayed on the screen. But the EPG remains shifted. I manage to get the correct EPG by setting the time manually and shifting the timezone by 2 hours.

Help what, should I do I don't get any EPG at all no matter what I do or set via management or other settings it just doesn't work on any channel previously only worked 1 day back was possible and now just without doing anything have no epg at all anymore i have also already set the time difference to 0 hours nothing helps i am a bit distraught with the z 11 pro max if you don't know i will send the device back and i will stop using it because it is so impossible to do thanks for the help anyhow

did you try the v11.2.2 update?
before sending back consider wait until mid may for the next update hopefully coming out.
