Hi has anyone got any issues when using plex and tivimate search tool, basically when trying to use the voice search, the screen just goes black and you have to turn z11 pro max off and back on to get the screen back on, any help would be appreciated.

Which remote are you using? Share a photo of the remote.

I'm using the Bluetooth Voice Remote from formula gtv bt1
Never had any issues before with it so not sure what's happened
Install the new firmware for your device (11.2.6) and report if the problem persists.
