BT Remote not working when F11 pro Max is OFF

    Good afternoon! I have a problem with my BT remote control. My Formuler Z11 Pro Max is in a television cabinet behind a small wooden door. When the Formuler is in standby mode, the remote control works fine. However, if it is completely off I cannot turn it on with the BT Remote, if I open the door it works 😳 Can someone tell me why that is and what I can possibly do about it?

    once the box is off(completely) bt will not work it will use ir mode

    ir mode has a shorter distance and can't work if the box is inside a close cabinet.

    to fix place the box in a space that is free from obsticles and have a line of sight from box to remote.
