Url stuck on 10%

  • last night had 2 boxes a z7 and a z8 stop connecting to the provider url, two different locations different isp's done all of the usual reboot clear cache etc. try on a hot spot, reboot routers.

    Z7 even tried at another location and same issue. The provider is puzzled too, no issues their end, they have cleared and rebooted the portal and showing okay. Any thoughts?

  • Loading stuck at 10% means in 99% the connection between Box and Provider can not be established. Check on Provider dashboard if all is fine with the url and Country setting.

  • Yes the provider has said all okay their end, however I have worked out it seems to only effect Z8 and lower, Z10 and Z11 clients unaffected. Is there anything the restreamers can change a protocol maybe the would make the earlier Formula models not compatible, got an old Z8 out of my cupboard earlier and the same issue, stuck on 10% loading, it appears the problem may be related to when the box is unplugged or a power cut and then will not reload after, this has ha

  • oh my, what a day, had a host of calls saying their, formuler boxes are stuck on 10% loading.. I cannot see how all these boxes are having the exact same problem at the same time, the provider has said he cannot see a problem at their end. Ar present Z10 and Z11 unaffected. The Z8 are ok unless power is removed and then will not reconnect, can anyone help please, loosing the will to live..

    You test it with other providers?

  • Protocol in use? Stalker, XC Api, M3U? Change to other protocol and test if the connection works then.

    And... what you described must be something connected with provider change on server script, core or Panel.

    Btw. most of them say always no problem on their end, i doubt it, test with other Provider will show you more.

    I had similar problem (stuck to 10%) last week,provider spontaneously send me new id & pw,and reset my account because of server problems they were having,so defenitely provider related!

  • sorry late updating the outcome as been out of the country, so as above the problem came I am told is the provider added a second layer of security protocol ( their words) and all the boxes had to have unique password and id added as mentioned above.

    Strange they blamed Formuler boxes fir three days before coming up with oh yes it was us !!

    So,SAM was right-stuck on 10%- in 99% provider issue (#post3),i had the same experience. :smiling_face:

    If everyone would do the same (report/clarification), 80% of the users with same issues would not blame first Formuler and instead force the Provider to do something. In this last years i heard so much from users and always was first: but provider say, all fine on their side. Find the error :winking_face: Result is always frustrated user and that is always bad.

    Sure, our boxes have also here and there place for improve, bugs that need to be fixed too, but Formuler test always and try to fix asap if possible.

    How ever, glad to hear it works again :thumbs_up:
