Sorry to start another EPG thread, but I've tried everything I can think of to get it to populate. My EPG has worked normally in the 2 years I've used the GTV, until about 3 weeks ago and then - GONE.

I've read many of the threads posted here. In the last week, I've cleared and deleted every cache and data source in MOL2 and GTV I could find. I've changed the EPG mode from normal to UTC and back several times. I've refreshed, restarted, and repowered.

My provider can see his populated EPG, but I'm still coming up with nothing burgers. The GTV isn't perfect but mine is running better today than any time before.

What am I doing wrong?

Check your Date, Time etc. if correct.

Did you test with other iptv app to be 100% sure and can confirm what Provider say? Install some other app like Tivimate an test if there is EPG or not or Install our MOL+ on phone and test with that app, if there is no EPG shown then is the Problem on provider side.

OK, I loaded the mol+ app on my android tablet and it works fine but, I do not see an option to view an EPG. I see only the program description on the channel I'm watching. Still no EPG on the GTV. Current date and time are correct.

In the Android mol+ app you can view "single channel EPG".

Select the channel you would like to watch EPG from.

Live TV plays in the upper part of the screen while below you will see a list of channels (belonging to the group).

When you swipe from right to left on the list of channels you will come into a single EPG modus.

I do not think there is a way of viewing "grid EPG".

Thanks RZstriper. Is this screenshot the most "guide" information I can expect from the app? And does this indicate my provider is the problem with my missing GTV "guide" (grid view) problem?

You should be able to see more.

Put your finger on Fox news in the channel list at the bottom half of the screen and swipe from right to left.

Thanks for that tip. I am able to see the upcoming program schedule on the channel I'm watching.

Now, if anyone has tricks on how to get the EPG back on my GTV . . .

I have a couple gtvs.

and on all work epg.

Connected with xtream codes.

and due time change last i had also epg.

But it wasnt synchronic. Changed it to "utc" and everything ok. Offset: 0

Hi all. Still no EPG for me. If anyone has other ideas I'd greatly appreciate them.

If u have / in the end of u URL delete it than epg should work if u using xtream codes api

Thanks for the replies. Sparren, are you referring to my portal url?

On the remote control, when I hit the "OK" button it brings up my (favorites) channel list and at the top of the screen "EPG SINGLE". Should that say something else like "ALL or FAVORITES" and how do I change it?

When I hit the button to the right of "OK", I see 9 days of EPG information for an individual channel.

But still "No Information" when I hit the "Guide" button.

Yes your portal url if u use xtream codes with username and password
