Tried to enter details of iptv on mol3 and got error 1002 , and the same iptv works fine with mol2 and other iptv apps , any help please ?.

Error 1002 points to internet connection failure.
Possible fix:
1/restart modem/router
2/check wires &cables
3/move router to a better spot
4/restart your z11 after meticulous checking of credentials in Content Sources
still not working, am using wired Internet, and its working because other apps are working , is it possible to uninstall mol3 and install it again? Will that help? , its a new box.

Of course you can ;go to homepage>settings>apps>uninstall mol3>reinstall from Market.
Btw do you use VPN,if so disconnect.

i did uninstall mol3 and installed it again and still not working,
I tried to connect through my mobile phone and its the same code. Other apps work fine , i have another box with mol2 the same iptv works fine , ???
Error message- Received error “1002. Network Error”.
The error 1002 means that a network HTTP request failed without any status code. This could mean a connection timeout or any other connectivity issue. This is usually a temporary error.
Ask your Provider to refresh your registered mac/ID subscription.
Check also your Router if some firewall is running or if some rules are set, turn off and test again.
no reply from the provider, why does it work in other apps like tivimate? What is the difference between portals and other apps in terms of connection with providers?, am a beginner and trying to get to the bottom of it.

I have the same problem. error 1002 when loggin in to portal. m3u works fine.
I just checked another iptv provider and that woked fine with portal
The portal not working is on a iptv reseller which uses **** as their server.
Does somebody has a clue to connect to portal with *****??

If you do not want to be banned, do not post any data that could point to some Provider! Data Edited.
Contact your Provider and ask him for new data, obviously are current not OK. You see it on other Provider test that all works fine.
the provider gave me another link. now it works
