Too less free space?

    Hallo

    Good afternoon.

    My z10 se has 1.2 gb free Spaces after unboxing and installing al necessary apps like mol2 and audio optimizer

    No problem.

    Then i install Channel list m3u

    Still 1,2 gb free

    After 3 days mol2 does not start anymore.

    In help menu i see 14 mb free space

    I delete cache, About 170 mb.

    Now box works fine.

    After 3 days again no start of mol2

    I try to delete cache but there is almost no cache to delete.

    Only way to get it back working is a reset.

    This helps

    After installing only necessary apps like mol2 and audio optimizer again 1,2 gb free.

    But now again no space left and mol2 not starting.

    What can I do to use this box without resetting it every 10 days?

    Is it a hardwarematige issue?

    Maybe 4gb is too less space?

    I got this box now 2 weeks.

    Hi,

    please note that Z10 SE is smallest in the Z10 series with low specs, designed only for IPTV viewing.

    Installation of few apps can eat up the low memory. MOL2 and Audioptimizer should work without any issues, some VPN too but not more.

    Reinstall current apps, delete cache and install MOL2 again.

    Yes, I only use mol2 and have not installed any other application.

    I intended to use the box with mol2 only.

    I even deleted the youtube updates to create space.

    After installation I see I must download an update, I cannot skip this.

    This also needs space.

    There are no added applications besides the official pre- installed which I cannot delete

    Today again only 24 mb left, mol2 cannot start ,box is unable to operatie at the moment.

    Again I Will do a factory reset.

    I wonder what is using/ filling the available space of > 1 gb After Fresh install of mol2.

    Having a similiar issue. Installing apps should be fine. I think this is a memory efficiency problem (driver problem). I have both a z11 pro max and a z10 se. The z10 se should be working fine with KODI, spotify, vpn, mol2, audio optimizer with still space left to cope with. (I have alot more apps on my TV with less specs) When installing apps, there are added duplicates on the menu.

    And on the z11 pro max, geforce now doesnt work. it hangs up. Im pretty sure this is a memory issue. Hope this will be fixed.

    Right. Been stress testing the z10 se for a few days now. At least mytvonline2, stremio, youtube, spotify, moonlight and a few vpn apps seems to be okay. Had to remove Kodi because of disk space. Playing local files is not so good on it then. But still, has functionality :smiling_face: 4gb space is a bit cheap though! could as well double the space on the same price... hehe

    Return to seller or sell it.

    Spend more money for better box. Gtv, z10 or z11.

    Cheap is not always best.

    Contact your seller and send it back.

    This is a failure and you Will get your money back.

    Invest in a Z11pro(max),these boxes are now the best you can get,as there have been serious improvements since its introduction,they also have all the free space you need,have good speed and perfect Picture Quality :smiling_face:

    I have the Formuler Z Plus Neo and had problems with stuttering sound and image. I removed mytv2 to reinstall it. Now it says memory full so I can't put the app back and no matter what I remove the memory remains full.

    Maybe if you twice press the homebutton on your remote,all apps working in the background will close,and you should try to start mol2.

    If you use VPN turn it off.

    I to find it does not have enough memory to function even like a Basic Box.

    I only installed a Memory Cleaner App because there was not enough memory to to the very first up date.

    That is the only thing I have installed on it. How can they turn out something that is below "Basic" memory needed to function? The Buzz E5 is about the same price but has 16GB of memory.

    Memory ccleaner doesnt help.

    I user said on forum one time. When there was an update and it wont install.

    he did factory reset and then direct the update. That was working for him.


    Nedt time spend mote money on a box. Not the cheapest😉

    Your right Memory Cleaner did nothing to help. I went through each App and deleted the Cache on every one.

    Then I made just enough space to be able to do the up date. Yes this Formular Box is the cheapest but still if there going to turn it out it should work the way it comes out of the box remembering that I did not fill up the memory from down loading Apps and it appears that it only has 1.5 Gb memory not 4Gb as advertised. Like I said the same money gets you 16Gb of Memory in a "Basic" Buzz Box so how come Formular can't compete with that at the same price point?

    Z10 SE runs out of space no matter what. Simple IPTV usage with 0 extra apps installed make it run out of space simply by ever-expanding data leak somewhere, either from watching too much VOD, or storing too much EPG data. Have not narrowed down the cause, but it's an ongoing problem
