    You need a american version of the box.


    There a 2 regions for those boxes. European and (nord) america.

    You need the version where you life.

    Maybe the Box was already once in use outside from NA and get blocked. Contact directly your seller and ask for replace, such Box must be unblocked from service. Seller should know what to do and who to contact.

    Why is there a regio/country lock on these devices?

    If i buy such device i expect it to work wherever i take it, i might go on a vacation outside the EU to the US and take the streamer device with me, will it not function and give this same error?

    Not only will it give you the error -- they completely self destruct with no way to recover them LMAO!!!!! Holy cow this is one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen, I just had a guy go insane because I returned 3 boxes that all bricked themselves after mistaking me for not being in Toronto

    Do not spread such rumors when you don`t know what really happen in background! Geo block is not self destruct, when Geo Block happens you can not do anything thats all, it is blocked and there is some reason for this. Formuler and Seller research will clear why this happen. Second, it`s not fault from buyer, he should return to seller and seller will know what to do in this case. The rest is discussed between the seller and Formuler.

    I believe I just made a huge mistake that I don't know how to fix. I had my VPN connected to an out of country location, then when I connected my new Z11 Pro Max I just bought it locked me out saying not for sale outside of North America. I have hard factory reset multiple times yet it won't run. Is there any way to get this cleared out to get it working? I now have it on just my internet without VPN, but I can't get this cleared out. This should be healable somehow as I am in Florida & I should be able to fix it. I won't make this mistake again, but how do I save my new device from this error???

    The only solution to your problem is contact your seller-as mentioned in the error message-they are the only ones to help you out:smiling_face:

    I hope Formuler can make an exception in your case,as the issue has to be solved in coop of seller and Formuler,maybe they can identify your box by means of builddate,MAC-ID etc,or maybe you can find out via e-bay who sold you the box and where it was sold in the first place.

    I should have never made the mistake of setting up a new box on out of country VPN connection in the first place, but there has to be some way to reset it.     By the way, I sell Formuler devices, a whole line of them, and have no contact information for anyone at Formuler.


    If they bricked their box and brought it back to me, I have no way to help them.

    What seller? And who am I supposed to contact?
