  • Hi Folks,

Tryin' to help out my father in-law' here. He has this box and he's just had a stroke (no, seriously)...months later he's back at home now...part of the effects of the stroke have erased some of his memory...among many other things, he cannot remember usernames or passwords of the code to his phone...what a mess. So today he's back home and I'm helping him sort out somethings...

The Formuler Box for one...it needed a system update - did that...all good...now of course his MyTV needs a user/pass....

Blah Blah Blah, sorry for the rambling - I'm just stoked that he's back home (I-mean so is HE! haha)

My Actual Question: Who / Where could I contact or put in a request to try to find either of these two things. I believe my mother in-law (his wife) figured out his main e-mail so perhaps the password could be reset that way ... but the username...that one might be tricky.

    OR

How does one simply sign-up for MyTV ? Apologies, I don't own one of these boxes...is MyTV a subscribed service? or ?

  • Please delete your photo(s). Its not aloud to post provider url and names etc.

    Lost your provider details?

Ask your provider, not here on the forum.

Most Providers can search on username and sometimes also on emailaddress.

Not on password the way i know.

  • I think he thought formuler provides the details. This is why he came here.

No, its a Software, comes bundled with Formuler TV Boxes.

    - Formuler doesnt provide these details.

    - You get this details from a IPTV Provider

    - If you have no idea or clue what IPTV is, i would stop here. Get a normal Cable / Satellite Subscription from your local provider, for your father in-law.

    - They provide you with a normal set-top box - with a normal remote your father in-law understand or trying to learn.

    thank you.

  • Like Lucky133 and Stefeinsteif wrote, this is not site to ask this. This is question for your father in law Provider, please contact them, he should know where.

Please no such question here on forum. Provider related questions should communicated with Provider and not Formuler Forum.

    Thank you for your understanding.
