I believe you need a box for the American market,as boxes for NA&Canada do not work in Europe and vice versa,i dont think you can solve your problem other than trading in your z10pro for the American market.
You can always try out a 24 hour free trial,and see if you add this as new Portal,if it works

Ask first your Provider to change your sub. from Switzerland to Chile, then the sub. should work.

Contact your provider and ask to set your Subscription to chili and or vpn or "all" countries.
The it should work. The one provider can set you to other country, if country is not listed they set it to vpn connection or "all".
