Formuler Z10 - Audio Optimizer 1.2.3 - Can't Reload

1st Official Post

    A friend who I setup with a Z10 is having the up/down audio issues. I told him reload the Audio Optimizer app since we ran it once already. That is what I can do on my Formuler CC running 1.2.2.

    On his box there is no option to reload. I told him to uninstall and reinstall audio optimizer. Didn't change anything. Still says "already optimized" without an option to reload. Just exit.

    Is this normal to not be able to reload anymore since I see I'm running an older version (though I can upgrade and won't on my CC).

    Will he have to factory reset the box and start from scratch? What sucks is he has four or five categories with random channels that will be lost if he has to factory reset.

    Can the app be updated to a new version that includes option to reload?

    If you run it one time is okay.

    After that the app says "reload' or exit.

    If it says that the codec is installed.


    Only by factory reset download that app again and run it. Its a one time run app.

    Sonif his box doenst function normally, then factory reset as last option and install audio optimer again and run it.


    Its 30-60 min of your time to install a box.

    Installing the box isn't a problem. Resetting five favorite categories and some 200+ channels between five groups is the time consuming project.

    I'll let him know the unfortunate news he'll need a factory reset.

    Its the only thing yet it can hopefully solve the problem.

    Let him contact his provider and ask his provider to delete the countries were he doesn't look at. The bouquettes list is shorter then, loads faster and faster to search for channels. Many also faster to add channels to favorites cause the whole lis is shorter.

    I had a codec message when starting to play a series... It said to install codec or cancel .. I cancelled.. I could play the video but no sound. I thought maybe I should try to get the message again. refresh; I could not get the message; . I stopped Mol2. Stopped Audio Optimizer. Started Audio Optimizer restarted FZ10 Pro Max ; Started Mol2; l Went back to the series I was watching and no codec message and the sound had returned; What happened?

    Audio codec shows only one time.

    Please install it direct.

    If you cancel it, it didnt shown again.

    Then install audio optimizer and run it. Then it install codec.

    You did it already with installing Audioptimizer and executing once the app.
