Since few weeks i have same problem with my Z-Mini. My TVOnline 3 doesn't work.
I made several factory reset ( 10 X 0 ) , update and custom portal, nothing works.
Problem stay the same for months.
Any idea to solve that ?

What you mean exactly by otp corrupt?My Tv online 3 start normally and you can't make connection with your provider? Or My Tv online doesn't start?

Like SAM said, send it back to seller and let the seller replace it.

If you see the "OTP Corrupt" message on your device you need to get warranty assistance from your seller.
