A friend is running a z alpha box using wifi. her box froze so she had to reboot by unplugging the the power and started up fine but she couldn't connect to the wifi. so went to network settings and wifi was switched to off. but when she clicked on it to turn it on, it just automatically turns right back off.
anyone know what could cause this?
Reset the box.
If its frozen, can be software/file error or damaged.
Please factory reset the box

If meanwhile ethernet cable connected, disconnect cable first and then click on wifi ON button.
