Ask your Provider to remove it.
It is not the same as the clock when you press info button on remote.

Check your TV Settings, this doesn`t come from the Box it is TV OSD.

Hi,i checked on Sweden TV4 channel and i do not have a clock present

Click on Info when you are in the TV4 channel, select settings at the bottom of the menu. Then select subtitles and check "Off"
