Since latest MOL3 update i get very regular hickups on direct tv.
I mean, the direct tv goes back few seconds to something already played then plays back normally few minutes, then does it again.
Tested on 2 different providers with same results.
Using 400 mbps fiber connection.

Hi,maybe you can also try with pluto tv steaming app,see if the same occurs on their live channels?
If no hickups there it would point towards either mol3 or ISP issue.
Is VPN in use?
Auto frame rate on or off?
Try to set buffer to long, in most cases when this happen it comes from network or provider.
Ok, then you have only two solutions if all else is ruled out, MOL3 reinstall and factory reset. How ever, i would try first with buffer long.
Dont forget to do a backup before you do reinstall.
You can do a reinstall from Formuler Market.
Yes, he mean Backup in MOL3. Reinstall over Android settings ->Apps ->Mol3. Install from Market.

Logs can be Send yes. Search on forum how to send logs.
And when it happens, send log and write log number here on this page.

You get in to the Homepage by pressing the home button on your remote(in between back button and mol3 menu button)
Once you get to the Homepage,scroll upwards and next scroll to settings wheel,you get to see launcher,internet etc,go to helpcenter,then to report a problem and choose send logs.

Did you link your logsnumber to your post on the topic (#......)or mention the logs you sent to the above post.?
No ,you can see it when you are to report a problem,on the lefthandside is a tracking#............ ID mentioned,you have to write this down and add it to the logs you have sent,so that the developers know what issue belongs to this speciffic tracking nr.

Also, please let us know if the issue occurs on any random channels or a specific channel from the 2 providers.

It happens on my 2 providers on any random channel, more often on specific ones but happens on every channel at one time or another
I have freezes and repeats on channel "el quatro" around 21:30 and 22:00. Sometimes also on other channels. Because for me it is channel specific I always related it to a provider problem....not a Formuler box issue.

It's ok for me to have freezes but looping the buffer shouldn't be done. Here i expereice it on multiple channels and providers so there may be a bug in MOL
