Same issue has happened with Z8 Pro box.
Installed the same portal on Z11 PM and all channels were available.XC API and Stalker made no difference.
Reduced the amount of Live TV and VOD at provider side and the issue was gone.The issue is caused by the excess of content.
I already asked Formuler to do stress tests in order to determine the max content but they never responded. Guess we have to find out for ourselves the hard way.

My providers have on average 47K live TV channels, 180K VOD and 40K TV-Series.
MTOL2 and 3 should be able to manage numbers way in excess of those, because providers are adding 100’s of channels and VOD on a daily basis.
As stated before, Formuler should provide information as to what the limits are in terms of number of Live TV, VOD, TV-Series and groups in relation to eachother.
Without any guidence, customers are bound to run into issues that are easily prevented if we would only know. Without it, the box will be seen as unstable and unpredictable.

MOL2 currently has a limit of about 30,000 channels. We plan to expand this limit in a future update.
Please note that some MOL2 device models, such as the Z10 SE, have lower memory capacity.
Loading all available content on these devices may cause performance issues - which we will have to consider. -
You could consider allowing additional memory (on these low capacity boxes only ) via the USB port...
Or even develop a bespoke "Formuler memory expansion stick" and sell through your retailers...

Can you contact your provider(s) and give them the job to delete all your countries on your subscription!
And let only the countries you watch in your subscription.
You can take the whole package with countries.
But if you live in Italy as example.
I don't believe you watch to russia, vietnam, france, india, china etcetera.
So in short: contact your provider(s) and let them add only the countries you watch in your subscription(s).
If that is all done at all your subs, delete cache from mytvonline and reboot device.
And refresh your subscription(s).

But that does not solve the issue. I payed to see everything.
Older other brands, other than Formuler, can let me see everything.For now I will let my provider disable some groups, knowing this is just a temporary solution.
Therefore I hope Formuler will update the capacity of Mytvonline2 soonest. -

It's not needed.
I can also have whole package/bouquette. But it loads to long and i don't understand the languages.
I alse have usa, dutch en begium.
Why search for problems, but you don't want them?

Interesting thread. I have a Z11 Pro Max using stalker and about a month ago I started to get no channels on some groups. When I refresh contents, occasionally, I get a group called ETC(TV) that sometimes contains the missing channels. I have my Z11 setup to refresh nightly and when that happens the ETC(TV) is gone including the missing channels it contained. VOD is fine. Is there a channel limit for Z11 Pro Max similar to what was mentioned about MOL2 (I am using MOL 3 of course). I even tried factory wipe android and reset the entire box up again thinking it was corruption but it still didnt fix it. Thanks

Please try to install it, and check the issue again.

1. Open the Software Update app
2. Enter the appropriate access code, then press the red box button

...they are legacy. Not supported anymore. If you mean the Z8. Or they make an exception. Who knows..

3. Start DownloadThanks F_Peter, I tested this morning and it did populate all the Groups after I did the Beta update.
When I first mentioned this issue, when connecting to the Service it wasn't populating all Groups ,which has now been fixed.
One thing I suspect is related but still not working. The Refresh option from the Menu was giving a "Refresh Failed" error. This error comes after trying to refresh for 10 mins or so. This issue still exists.

I ment to say that i think only z10 get the update and not the z8 cause z8 is lagacy. Again, i think that.
