    I have it sometimes.

    When I start the box....come in home.screen and start Mol3 immediately.

    Then it plays TV for half a minute or so and then shuts and goes back to home screen.

    Then I cannot restart Mol3 or any other app.

    Have to restart the box.

    If a wait a while(half a minute or more) in the home screen before starting Mol3 the issue never occurred.

    Last time the same with a quick start of the Spotify app.


    Maybe the box is still busy starting up things and therefore shuts down.

    What happens if you set mol3 as starting app?

    The box should immediately start mol3,bypassing homescreen,as it is in my case,from mol3 directly into live tv.

    I get the sudden shutdown occasionally, but not in the same you do, my box could be on for hours before it happens.

    like you I can not start any apps after it happens, but I find if I go to settings (the cog item top right) select sytem info then without doing anything go back to home screen and I can restart MOL3.

    Thank you for your reply. Here is the tracking #: 0000001818CB3 of the log per your request. I also believe I have resolved the issue (at least for the time being) by manually refreshing couple of times the “contents data” , “update epg”on the Z11p max box although I don’t understand why i had to do so when the “Auto Update Setting” should handle this automatically without user’s further intervention? See attached picture for reference. May be I am not clear on these features so hope someone can explain.

    That's the thing.

    I cannot say it is reproducible.

    I also made it a habit to switch on the box....then do a couple of others things and then start Mol3. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

    I will try starting immediately a couple of times.

    At the moment I choose Mol3 as startup app as suggested by Henkie.

    Yesterday using Mol3 as start up app.

    Watched El Quatro without shut down and also without roll backs or freezes which happend a lot in the past in between 21:00 and 22:00

    I will test more and then go back to the situation where mol3 is not the start up app.

    Will report later.

    Hello i got one like this, Z11 pro max, what i did was, do a soft factory reset, from the menu of the box, but still the same, Mol3 keep on stop, after that i tryed unistall Mol3 , and that solved the problem for me, i clean cache , before uninstall, i go to market to download, and that resolved the problem.

    Strange that after software reset it isnt over and after uninstall and reinstall its over.😃

    Software and electronics still always Be strange with fixing some things😂😃
