Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, I keep getting an error so I can't even get into Formuler. Is there another way to reset?

I keep getting a message saying I'm not connected to my WiFi but I am and the signal strength is Excellent! I am totally confused!!!!

Have you tried switching both router and box off for a few minutes and then fire them both up again?
