I'm not able to add a content provider. I've enter the portal URL (xcapi), User ID and Password exactly as it is on my Z11 Pro Max. I keep getting the Code 1010 error. I've checked and triple checked and the login info is exactly the same.
I have another provider that's working fine, on both.

You might examine closely to see if there might be something your missing & have entered incorrectly, such as a capitol I or low letter l for example. As you can see here they both look the same when I typed them, but may be your problem. Also Capitol letter O compared to the number 0 look much the same. Generally I have found they always use the number zero but might be a capitol O. The width of this tells us which it is if you look very closely, but easily missed. This has caught me off guard a couple of times. I honestly haven't researched the failed 1010 code at all, but my first thought was the look alike situation of letters/numbers that might be missed.
I continue to have the error code 7 and this is waste of over 300 dollars that i paid for with no support on fixing this can anyone help me with this issues.

Please check with your IPTV service provider (or the seller) if your account is properly registered to their IPTV service.
Where do i Get the IPTV SERVICE information from cause i dont have any information all i did was connect to the internet and it was working i didnt have to put any login or password in at all.can you help with the registration
Contact your seller and ask him why the service stopped (if you bought the box with included IPTV account), otherwise you have to search for new provider and get there new IPTV account. Please no question here on forum where to buy such services, is not allowed.
