    Hello geeks I have problems recording programming closes mytvonline. never changes channels automatically? I also have problems opening my equipment connected in hdmi cec the z11 pro max comes out of standby mode and the tv and the sound system opens and closes immediately. all these problems that I did not have with the z10 pro max with the same equipment. I did a factory reset which did not change anything! thank you for your help

    Is this new box, because that are to much issues happen on your side?

    Do you have maybe power adapter with same specs like original adapter to test with this?

    Hello Sam. I bought it before the holidays and it worked well at first, the problem seems to have started with updates? I took it as normal that it was not up to par. I don't have another power adapter. I regret giving my z10 pro max to my son

    Do this steps first.

    1. Disconnect everything from the Box and do factory reset.

    2. After first setup, do all updates.

    3. Set MOL3 and test but without any USB devices or installed apps. If all works fine.

    4. Format your USB Stick for recording with NTFS on PC and connect, test again.

    5. If all works fine, now start with app install. First one, test few hours then second.

    Sideloaded apk`s from Nordvpn should work but like everything also that one can produce issues if something is wrong or not installed correctly. So yes, good possible. Therefore clean factory and the steps above to find the issue.

    it's good i found it is located in the bottom of the IR connector. i bought the box in october 2024. thank you all for your help. i will test and i will give feedback. thank you :oncoming_fist:

    So, i think you have the z11promax/BT1 edition, layout on the back of your box has changed fom my z11 pm from october2022,therefore the confusion.
