Some on forum say it doenst work anymore on older boxes. But give it a try.

You did already factory reset etc. What did you do last time that it worked again? Removed usb sticks?

Is this true that downloader app no longer works on z7+ ? Been trying for a couple of hours tonight without luck 🙃

Remove downloader, then reinstall it again ?
