My Z11 Pro Max is not turning on. I have had this unit for about 2 years and suddenly it will not turn on. I've switched TV's, outlets, and HDMIs, and continue to not be able to turn the device on. No red light is displayed on the front of the box. I tried to factory reset but seems like no power to box. Any tips to troubleshoot?

Try another power adapter.
You reset it with a paperclip and only hdmi in it?
No usb etc?

Please check the power adapter specifications. Did you try with a 12 volt adapter that can supply at least 1A of current?
