What USA website i can purchase the Z12?

Difficult to answer unless you have a crystal ball,if it goes like the z11 it may take up to 1-1.5 years of updates to get everything right and stable.
However,considering the quick FW update and the already announced future updates,i believe max energy of devs, is put in new ultra and things may advance much quicker

New remote, wifi/bt, Dolby Vision, storage, Android 12(but not tv os).
That's it? Cool remote but unless you don't have anything yet, or money to burn, not really worth the change imo.
Great for formuler, happy to see some improvements. I think I will skip this one.

Have now gone from Z11 to Z12.
On my old remote control there were 4 buttons at the top that you could program freely.
Where has that function gone with BT3 which is supposed to be the latest and greatest remote control. -

Go to Formuler remote app.
Select gtv bt3 remote.
Go to left and setup ir control.
Select your tv brand.
Click test and check if your volume on the tv up and down goes.
If yes, push ok and source should work.
If not, then it works like on the Z11. maby hold upper left button in (tv/stb) for 2 sec till led blink. Try then source button.
To go back to bluetooth hold upper left again in for 2 sec till led blinks.
But i thought if you setup you tv brand it works direct now.

Formuler Ultra's HDMI-CEC option solves this by turning off the TV and the Box and turning them on as well and raising and lowering the volume. I have it like this on my LG Oled TV

With regard to the buttons, the person seems to be comparing against the IR1 remote whereby the top buttons on that remote are programmable using the instructions on the rear of the remote

Why do I have two icons for Google Play?Many one on homescreen and other on app (all apps) screen.
Thats normal.
If you have 2 times google play store on APPS screen (not your home screeb)
Then restart box.
If the 2 playstores are there do at both uninstall updates amd then restart box again and check again.
Google playstore updates itself but you can do it also manual due go to playstore, settings en somewhere you find update playstore.
Please let me know.

From playstore. Also a try worth my friend.

I got the message for both.
Couldn't uninstall.
Then the program froze.
Had to quit.
Then restarted.
No change.

I guess I have two iconsIf its on your homescreen then you can hold ok button on google play store and remove.
If you have serious 2 times playstore in the apps section.
Its very strange yes. Never had or seen it.
What can you do:
Download adb tv app manager via playstore.
Open it and give it all permissions it ask about. Like give it user access.
Enable developers settings and then enable USB debugging.
Step 4 is allow this pc and then allow
Connect.
You see adb app now.
Slowly press down button till you find 2 (two) times the google playstore.
Delete one due click on it and click uninstall.
If you only find one google playstore.
Then you can disable it by the yellow button and or when you click on it.
Restart box.
Check how many icons you have.
Maby its okay now or you start adb again en go to playstore and enable it again.
In worst case factory reset but i wont do it. To much work.
Maby a app sideloaded? Remove then the fake playstore.
The right playstore app package name is: com.android.vending
Any another with google play store should be wrong.

I tried it out on other apps and the procedure erases the app icon,without uninstalling it

Its not on its desktop page i thought. But on his "apps" screen where all apps are.

Uninstalled the app.
have tried some other apps that can show installed apps.
They show that only one app is installed.
