I have two different servers that get stuck at 89% for a long time. I reduced the number of groups(channels) and still the same. I tried the same servers on the mobile app and other devices and connects right away. Also on Z11 mytvonline 3 it connects right away. So the problem is definitely with mytvonline2 on the boxes.

Reinstall portal and put again your login data.

Yes, i guess you use XC APi? First restart the box once and be sure the sub. with same data is not used on some other box when you connect.

Hi everyone. I'm new here. I have a Z+ Neo at home that I had to reset. Since I tried reinstalling the software via USB, MOL2 hasn't been opening some of the series' servers. It has nothing to do with the server, as my Z11 Pro Max works fine with the same line. Does anyone know how to help? Thanks for help -
