When will the Patch be out to correct Bug in system? I upgraded from BT2 to BT3. The BT3 will not register on the intro page. Get it out soon! would like to use all the functions! I am temporarily using BT2 to get around.

The Bug in the system for the Formuler Z12 Ultra. The BT3 remote control will not set up. Someone found out it is a bug in the program when you upgrade from the BT2 to the new BT3. They said the script writers' are aware of the problem! The need to write new code into the system so you can setup the BT3. Until they do that you have to use the BT2 remote to get around!
Hope they do it quickly so we can use the capabilities of the new remote. Seems to only affect those who upgraded from BT2 to BT3.
Ok Guys lets get it corrected quickly!
BT2? I don't know that remote. I have no problem, everything works as it should be.

There are 2 bluetooth remotes.
Gtv bt1 and gtv bt3.
I have a lg tv, and started z12 and then formuler remote app.
Setup my remote and done🤷🏻♂️
What's your problem then? What brand tv you have? Why is working everyones remote correct?

quinnr58 I had the same problem as you, to solve it I simply deleted the GTV BT3 from the Bluetooth clients in the settings and added it again.

If you have Z12 Ultra Box then unpair your BT1, pair only the BT3 and do your settings for hotkeys in Formuler Remote App.

The Authors of the program. The script writers. Hope they do it quickly. I am temporarily using BT2 to get around. I doesn't have all the features!
There is no BT2! Just do as SAM mentioned and it will work for sure.

So are you saying that when I push the buttons on my remote when I first start up my formula box and it freezes and it acts like the remote's not talking to the box, that's not the Bt3? Usually takes a minute or so before it communicates with the box or the box accepts the commands that were sent to it.

Maybe your remote is toggled to control the TV.
What color is the light on the top of the remote when you are pressing the buttons?
