    When I restart my z11 pro max it takes 3-4 minutes for mytvonline to start. Then I noticed that my channels stop working lately. I have to take out the power cable and plug it back in for the channels to work.

    What could be the cause?

    More Info s please. Which Protocol is in use, which power Mode, Power off or Standby, how much Portals etc.

    Did you try with MOL3 reinstall?

    Do you use it every day the box or sometimes in the week.

    I started last in other room z11 on and i waited 3 minutes for that mytvonline3 was started. Cause it's was a week offline, it gets new content by the start of mytvonline3.

    I checked it for sure and the refresh date was november 1. So that was at my side the reason.

    Now you ask too many questions. I'm not an advanced user unfortunately. It's on all the time because I always use it. Haven't received any updates since April. I only have 1 portal added. I haven't reinstalled MOL3. If I uninstall it where can I download it again?

    His question is what connection protocol is in use either MAC (Stalker),XC api with Portal username and password or m3u playlist (read more in Article section "How to connect.........")

    Before you do a reinstall mol3,dont forget to make a backup<you can reinstall from Formuler Market (Green app with trolley)

    It was XC api. I just reinstalled Mytvonline3 so we'll see if that helps
