  • Hello,

I have a recurring issue with my box and Wi-Fi:
    - The Wi-Fi works fine during normal use.
    - But whenever I restart the box using the remote, the Wi-Fi connection disappears and no network is detected.
    - To get Wi-Fi back, I have to completely power off the box and turn it on again manually.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Could you try restarting your box with the remote and see if the Wi-Fi also drops?

    Thanks for your feedback.

If you've not already tried? .... Turn both box and router off completely for 5-10 mons. Then turn on router and let it fully reboot up and then turn box on.

  • I’ve seen a few people mention similar behavior, so you’re definitely not alone. It sounds like the Wi-Fi module isn’t reinitializing properly during a soft reboot. A full power cycle forces the hardware to reset, which is why it works again after unplugging. If you haven’t already, try checking for the latest firmware and clearing the network settings before reconnecting. It may also help to test with a different power adapter just in case the box isn’t getting stable power during restart. Hopefully others can test on their devices too so we can see if this is a wider issue.

Wifi and ethernet problems will be fixed in next update. Some users have, the most users not.

Please be patience and update will come.
