Here is the guide to send the logs via USB file. You can send it to me via email @ [email protected]
💡 HOW TO
- Format a USB flash drive as NTFS or FAT32
- Connect the USB drive to your computer, and create a folder “_logdump” on the USB.
- Insert the USB containing the _logdump folder into your device
- Power on your device and reproduce the issue
- Wait about 1 minute and remove the USB and connect it to your computer
- Reply to your ticket attaching newly created log folder on the USB

I have upgraded since a long time (when it came out) and the problem with VOD and TV-showes crashing started today!
Problem with Z11 Pro Max, when I'm going to VOD or TV-shows it automatically goes back to TV-Live. So it's not possible to watch VOD or TV-Shows anymore. I cleared the cash, taken out the power cable, but nothing works. Maybe an update are necessary, it was a long time there was an update for Z11 Pro Max.

First, try a full factory reset, and format your external usb device to ntfs

I have the same problem since today as soon as I switch serial or vod the mytvonline application restarts. Bizarre this problem.

Just a quick update: I now have 12 customers who have removed their Bluetooth connection and are now operating the box using only IR. All of these customers are complaining that the remote control can no longer 'transmit' to the box when using Bluetooth. -

Do you have some pictures of the BT1 remotes?

That is really a shame; I was really lucky when the problem occurred again in my test setup and I had logging enabled.
They are all the standard "BT Universal" BT remote controls. These are included with the Z11 Pro BT edition.
