MYTVOnline very slow to open

As a workaround ,If you clear EPG from the settings it will load normally again. I clear EPG at least once per day...

that’s a great wee top tip.... how do you clear the epg ?

This appears to have happened/started a couple of weeks ago...

In the MOL settings there is an option to clear the epg.

Was having same major problems since the April public update, very slow loading and not waking after sleep just to name a couple of the big problems! I cleared the epg as suggested and updated to the new Beta software. MyTVonline now loaded as it should but will have to see if sleep problem is fixed as well. That last Public update was a huge step backward for me, so happy to see the new beta software !!

Update: It's been a few days now and it is like night and day the difference since clearing epg and updating to New Beta Software release, I'm back to loving my Formuler Z7+ after being ready to toss it across room.

im on version 1.09.21 r1610 and im trying to set the portal but it is not possible to set the username and password.

Im setting up the url, then i try to set the username and password(certification is marked),user id and password is lighting on but i cannot type in ,it is still grey?!

Has someone same problems?

I already have made a factory reset but it did not help.
