Please help with z7+ problems

Please help!!! I have 2 issues

1/ Even though my provider provides catchup, when I try to access it I just get message "Can't play this video, please try again later".

2/ When I download a film, it downloads it to the z7+. I would rather it downloaded to my connected 1tb HDD, but can't find anywhere to change settings. I would be very grateful if someone can help. Thanks

cant get mine to record at all apart from a screenshot. and i cant delete the useless screenshot

Hi,

1. Please check your time-zone and settings.

2. With what kind of app you download content from web on Z7+? Is it not better to download bigger files with PC and transfer over Network to your Z7+ HDD?

What do you use USB Stick, SD Card or HDD? Download tool "Rufus" and format the device with NTFS on PC, should work without any problems.

Thanks for that Sam. I was formatting my HDD via the format tool on my pc and didn't work. Did it via Rufus and all is good 😁

i had the same catchup issue but once i registered my mac at my service provider it worked

How do you create a NEW thread? Within the various sections of these forums, you'll see a ''create thread' button. So for example, if you have a problem with the Z7+ box, go to that particular forum section and then press the create thread button
