    Hello

    Hdmi Cec does not work OK on my LG TV.

    If I press on tv to extinguish that I turn off the Z8 well.
    If I press stb this off the z8 but not the TV.

    To turn on again I have to press TV then STB.

    On my old case Xiaomi Mi3S I had only to press the on / off button of the remote control for all manage.

    Hdmi Cec ne fonctionne pas BIEN sur ma télé LG.

    Si j'appui sur tv pour éteindre cela m'éteint bien le Z8.

    Si j'appui sur stb cela éteins le z8 mais pas la télé.

    Pour rallumer je dois appuyer sur Tv puis sur STB .

    Sur mon ancien boitier Xiaomi Mi3S je n'avais qu'a appuyer sur le bouton marche/arrêt de la telecommande pour tous gerer.

    Hello,

    On Z8 HDMI CEC, only "turn off with TV" and "use TV remote control" are enabled.

    This is by design.

    The reason is because the Z8 needs to turn on when a scheduled recording timer is triggered.

    We don't want the TV to turn on unexpectedly because it might disturb users.

    Strange since Z7+ doesn't support CEC AFAIK.

    In Z8, please check to make sure CEC is turned on:

    Home > Android Settings > Advanced Options > HDMI CEC

    I have the same problem. When I was using an Amazon TV Cube player, pressing the Home Button on the Amazon Remote would automatically switch the Samsung TV to the correct TV input for the Cube. I also have an Apple TV player and when I press the Menu button on the Apple TV remote the TV switches to the correct input. My Z8 CEC is turned on. I used the same cable I connected the Cube to the TV for the Z+8 and I also tried a new Active 2.0 HDMI Cable connecting each end as directed. Is Formuler Z+8 tech support working on a solution? At this time, the work around has been to program the source button on the Formuler remote to switch from input to the Formuler Z+8 input.
