Fast Forward on VOD

I am new to Z8, just bought last week,

I am facing one problem with VOD of My TV Online2, when I watch any movie, I unable to fast forward or rewind. Those controls do not appear on screen. Also, remote keys do not work. Only control that work is stop & resume. On the other hand if I watch episode of TV series, I am able to fast forward & rewind. Not sure what I am missing. I have also done beta update, but still same problem.

Hi,

To FF in the VOD mode, you have to press the OK Key, during Play. Menu for VOD will be displayed. Press the FF key for incremental Fast Forward,

Its also possible with the arrows right next to the ok button.

I also cannot forward or rewind on VOD. No display appears after pressing OK.

Only play and pause work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

We have found that fast forward and rewind do not work on VOD

and Series. Works fine on Live TV/catchup

Rebooted box and router and latest software still no joy

Works well with me on VOD and Series but most of the time it will take a long time before "something" is happening.
