Epg not working on z8

Hello.

I am a new user of z8. Everything was ok. 👍

Since few days, all epg are No Information.

I use a mac adress.

I try to reset, ... nothing better.

Someone have an idea or a solution.

If EPG data is completely empty, it could be some problem with provider. Use some IPTV app for test to see if EPG data is shown or not. If empty then it`s provider problem and not box issue.

If IPTV app works fine and EPG is shown, try under Z8 connections to change from EPG normal to EPG UTC.

the same here with z8 and z7+ with m3u and epg-link from xtream-editor.

With IPTV Pro and IPTV Extreme no problems.

I had this issue with my z7+. No help on here, so playing about I put the epg in UTC and time shifted for my local time. Works as it should now.

Thanks but no change. Epg is empty. i try to change normal to utc

I will try again tomorrow.
