Z7+ auto changing resolution, how do I stop that?

hello

I have a 4K tv so I liķe to keep my resolution at 2160P 60hz. However after the second or 3rd time I wake it from standby mode it sometimes automatically goes back to 1080i. Why is it doing that? Anyway I can prevent this? Thanks.

Just cancel hdmi auto adjustement in android settings.

hdmi adaptation is off already. Thanks for tip though.

Please try a different HDMI cable.

Also, please list your TV brand/model

using a samsung un65ks8000

Replacing the hdmi cord not really an option as it is connected from receiver to TV through wall. I doubt it is hdmi cord related, I didnt cheap out here knowing it is core to my setup. Thanks.

I have the same problem with Z8, samsung 8005 tv, new 48gbps hdmi cable.

After a few wakes its back to 1080i

I have a 4.00 hdmi cable and mine always stays on 2160p.I do not use standby mode I just turn it off.
